Our mission is to unite the Pipe, Valve & Fitting Industry to help clear excess and obsolete stock from your shelves and convert it to cash. We understand that it is often frowned upon to help the competition so PVF Excess helps mask the identity of both buyer and seller and takes care of all transactions. PVF Excess can be used to purchase stock at lower costs and to convert your unwanted stock into cash that can be reinvested to help grow your business!
How we do it
Every PVF company has their own way of identifying their product using a unique description, part number or SKU. PVF Excess assigns your products a generic part number and description that is built based on the characteristics of your products. This allows potential customers to find your product using a simple search and filter feature without them having to translate your data. We have templates that can be filled in by you or the PVF team can manage the whole process.
Selling
PVF Excess will work with your team to build a catalogue of your products to upload to our site. Once they are live, customers will be able to browse your products and make a purchase. When a customer has purchased your product, they will pay PVF Excess direct and a purchase order will be sent to you by our team. All communication will be through PVF Excess from purchase order to shipment.
Purchasing
PVF Excess has made searching through other company’s inventory listings easy. Simply select the product category that interests you and navigate through the selections. Once you have selected the product category, a simple filter feature will be enabled. When you have found the product you want to purchase, simply add it to your cart and continue browsing. Once the purchase is made, PVF Excess will handle the rest.
